Weight is kept to a minimum for the handy lightweight Altura Icon Women's Rocket Insulated Cycling Gilet thanks to the Pertex Quantum™ windproof fabric. This is paired with a thermal fleece layer around the chest  to ensure core warmth in the cooler conditions and throughout the changing seasons.

A fleece-lined collar offers additional cosiness while the DWR coating, along with a dual ended water-resistant zip protects from rain showers and road spray. Additional comfort comes from the stretch back panel and reflective details to help you be seen by others - making this your perfect early morning or early season outer layer.

Love this gilet

I'm normally a size 8-10 but needed a 12, so size up! It's a great colour and the fleece front is great for keeping you warm on a chilly day. Not tried it in the rain yet.

Useless

Not impressed with this. No good for autumn/winter, more of summer gilet. It provides no protection from the wind or cold and I doubt it’s waterproof. The fleece lining is useless against the elements. Also the pocket zip is in a strange position and it’s impossible to undo the zip safely whilst riding so you have to stop. Wish I’d saved my money and bought elsewhere. Very disappointed with this and it’s very overpriced.
