The Altura Polartec™ Unisex Waterproof Cycling Gloves offer excellent protection from the elements with a superb 8k / 8k waterproof and breathability rating.

Warmth is retained thanks to a Polartec Microgrid™ lining, while a longer length shaped cuff also provides a snug fit to keep the chill out.

The silicone palm print provides grip whilst the minimal padding still allows for that 'bar feel' and you can stay in touch easily whilst off the bike without removing the gloves thanks to the touch screen compatibility. The perfect gloves to see you through the coldest and wettest of rides.

Great customer service but issues remain with glove sizing

I wear a medium in all gloves but have had to size up to XL for these gloves and they are still very snug. Two pairs size large returned, firstly for manufacturing issues and then for the size issue - Altura customer service has been first class but I would caution against these gloves despite them being warm and waterproof purely because of very significant sizing challenges. The issue is probably due to the fact that they have a unisex sizing.

Nice gloves but quite small

The gloves look great and feel warm. However, the XL size proved to be too small for me, though I measured my hands as suggested by the sizing guide. The fingers feel too short, so I had to return the pair. May be I need to go to XXL? (Normally, I regard my glove size as L or at most XL.)

Good winter glove

I find that this is a very strong, warm and waterproof cycling glove which is just what I want in the winter. The medium size is a fairly tight fit on my medium size hands and the material is relatively stiff but like all Altura equipment, it is well made.

The fit is good & they are comfortable to ear, but I expected a bit more insulation, with my hands still getting cold,

Perfect fit, shape & well designed features. The finger insulating material is attached well, so won’t pull out when you pull your finger out.
