The SUPERTOUR rack is the new addition to the Tour rack family. Even lighter, it is made from 10mm alloy tubing. Designed to fit either 26” or 700c bikes, this rack is perfect for commuting and touring. The front mounts are positioned lower, enabling it to be easily fitted to small frames as well. Rear mounting plate supports upto 3 rear lights/reflectors.

The only criticism I can find with this pannier is that it sits a touch too high on my eLife Patriot bike. I don't think this is Tortec's fault as each bike manufacturer makes frames differently.It wasn't hard to fit, I did spend a bit of time finding the best way to mount it on my frame and I think I found it.All of the bolts were supplied within the cardboard instructions, I didn't use them all as I had some perfect length ones to fit the lower mounting hole to near the hub.The bolts supplied already had NutLock on them so only needed it to put on the bolts which I supplied.Overall I'm really happy with my purchase.
I’m astounded how good these pannier racks are. They’re easy to assemble and easy to install as it took me about 35 minutes to fit 2. They’re lightweight with a good powder coating and sturdy as any others I’ve owned (including some at 3 times the price!). I’ve noticed that some reviewers state that they don’t come with fixings but suspect they didn’t look for them because they’re found sandwiched between the folded, stapled packaging and could easily be thrown away before checking. There is also some concerns about fitting to bikes with disc brakes well we have a men’s and lady’s version of the Pinnacle Mercury 1 (excellent bikes!!!) and they fit like a dream with no obstructions whatsoever. Obviously I can’t guarantee that it’s going to be the same as yours so it may be worthwhile emailing the seller before purchase (although I didn’t!).Buy with confidence, highly recommended!
The rack was ok to install, but perhaps easier with a second pair of hands.It survived just over a year of moderate use before an essential part sheared in two.It's disappointing that this part broke. Though this broke at a weak point, it isn't a part that bears most of the weight.
I'm really impressed with the pannier rack. It's really easy to install and comes with all of the bolts that you need. It's very sturdy and doesn't rattle. The stays are adjustable and don't get in the way of the brake cable. I didn't have to make any modifications to fit it to my wife's bike. Highly recommended.
The pannier rack is just what I wanted. It has enough adjustment to be fitted on probably any bike, and it feels strong and well made.
